This is how they delivered my apartment after a 'moving cleaning'. They do not have proper tools to do a thorough cleaning or understanding of what a "moving cleaning" is supposed to be. To clean behind the radiators, they suggested that i should remove them from the wall. Very unprofessional, they are in a hurry to get done and out. Avoid this company. They ruined my moving-in experience and cost me 2 days to fix the results of their incompetence. I did hire another cleaning company to get a proper cleaning. 2 people worked for 3,5 hours and did a perfect job cleaning.

The worst company ever!! I had to experienced such an awful experience and they are not even sorry nor apologetic, only actually rude! They have sent a new cleaner again even we have been clear for last three years that we require only the same person each time! For security reasons, we also have a small baby etc.. The person which arrived today, came late 15min, he got clear instructions about each room, that we want floors to be cleaned twice, everything was handed to him. Our cleaning takes usually 5hours all appartment. After 4hours I got concerned what was he doing in part of our appartment where is bedroom and two bathrooms, when I went there everything was in chaos and he hasnt even cleaned one bathroom still and no floors. I asked him if he is cleaning the floors twice and he was so surprised that he should do it twice. His only answer was I’m sorry I didn’t know. He has cleaned only half of the appartment in 4 and half hours and not properly. I told him this is not going to work and he needs to leave as there was no way he could clean the rest in 30min. I also got extremely panic as I didn’t feel safe based on the way he talked to me and looked at me. I would never let this kind of people to our home and will never do again! I was home alone unfortunately so had to call my husband, put him on speaker and told this person to immediately leave, I could see that he was actually thinking if he will leave and then it took him at least another 5minutes to leave. I kinda had to push closing and locking door in front of his face. If I wouldn’t have my husband on the phone, I don’t know what could have happened but when my husband called freska, their phone is off, noone responding emails nothing. Zero customer service, awful and rude behaviour to customers!!! Avoid them!!

I booked a service through Freska’s website for a specific date and paid the full price. Just one minute after booking, I received an email saying the date had been pushed forward by a full week — which does not work for me. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact Freska by phone and email to cancel the order. No response. The phone number listed as "available 24/7" is never reachable. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect someone from Freska to contact me immediately regarding my order. My order number is 4577092.

Profesional - bott in cleansing and in the administration. Says attention to details. Love that they have a high standard in both social and environmental aspects.

Freska is a legit cleaning business. They treat their employees well and I have been very pleased with the lovely ladies that have cleaned our home. Thank you Muriel, Roxana and more.
