I am really dissatisfied with the contact and large parts of the cleaning. A quote was supposed to be sent out, a date was promised, but it arrived almost a week later. We booked a cleaning on a Thursday, I came home from work and it wasn't cleaned, on Friday morning they knocked on the door... There has been poor handover between the staff during the holidays and I have had to repeat my wishes several times to several people. They have cleaned, but done a poor job, it was not clean, among other things they had not wiped down the baseboards, cabinet doors, the inside of several cabinets and missed the cooker hood. One of the toilets was not cleaned at all and they missed dusting several pipes and lamps. The windows were only washed on the panes and not wiped down the frames. The staff who have since been here and completed the cleaning have confirmed that their work was poorly done and have promised that it will be clean. Imagine my surprise when it wasn't cleaned. I said "look at the cupboard doors in the kitchen" and pointed to a couple as examples. They cleaned the ones I pointed to and not all the cupboard doors, the rest are still not clean.. I will never use this company, I am really dissatisfied and they don't seem to care about my experience as a customer.

2 months I have been waiting, to get someone here to drill some things. For example shelf for sleep apnea machine. It is concrete wall. First I called 3 weeks, to get time. Every time someone there in customer service said, to find out time that when someone can come and she would call. She never called. I called 3 weeks the same things always. Until the end I was angry and then 5 weeks ago someone called and said, that the person who does such things is on vacation and he will come directly after vacation (today 19 at 08.00) to me. Nobody came. I waited 5 weeks. I called and everything was as from the beginning, no one had set the time that someone would come even it was a fixed time. The same customer service forgot last year to notify when I should get windows cleaned. I came home and the person was waiting. She speaks Swedish with an accent and I don't know how she can still work there because she is so completely sloppy and doesn't do her job. My neighbor had a similar experience with her. She said she would call, never called. It's such a constant chase to get service. Now I'm terribly angry!

They cleaned my house thoroughly before renting it out and I am super happy! They came when I was at work and when I got home it smelled clean and fresh. I was impressed that they managed to clean so thoroughly in the 4 hours. Smooth contact with the company before getting a quote, Marie came home and did a quick review with me about my wishes. My mother-in-law also used the cleaning service in her apartment and she said they were amazing, two nice girls came to her house and cleaned intensively for 2 hours without a break and she has never had it so clean.

The service concerns a funeral home. Fast service, super clean, the inspector pointed out that it was very well cleaned. I will switch to Am Berglund as a home cleaning provider now.

Same for me as below, they never came back with a price quote despite two calls. So had to find another company.
